During the first 3 months, a mentor will support and help your work. Your mentor will build a development path for you and we will help you to progress along it.
The Trial Period takes 3 months.
From your first day, the company provides a company laptop and SIM card. Furthermore, Advana also provides support for phone and headset purchases.
The development pathway set out in the first months will also give you the opportunity to improve your soft and professionalis skills. If you have new plans or are interested in another training, we are open to that too! Regular external and internal training and workshops are available for this purpose.
