We support the option of remote work. Once a week we work at the office beside this, you decide whether you want to come to the office or you work from home.
Does Advana have an office?
Yes, near to Danube, next to Boráros square. At the office unlimitede coffee, tee is waiting for you with chill rooms and adjustable desks.
How many paid days of does Advana provide for you?
Advana offers 30 days of/year.
How will I spend the Trial Period in the company?
During the first 3 months, a mentor will support and help your work. Your mentor will build a development path for you and we will help you to progress along it.
How long is the Trial Period?
The Trial Period takes 3 months.
What company tools can I expect?
From your first day, the company provides a company laptop and SIM card. Furthermore, Advana also provides support for phone and headset purchases.
How can I develop my skills?
The development pathway set out in the first months will also give you the opportunity to improve your soft and professionalis skills. If you have new plans or are interested in another training, we are open to that too! Regular external and internal training and workshops are available for this purpose.
Does Advana have community life?
The community, the team is really important to us! During daily stand up, we discuss the tasks of the day, moreover we organise monthly team buildings. We are open minded about team buildings idea, such as hiking, painting or cooking lessons together. Our office has several community spaces and a variety of facilities (and chilled beer) to help you relax during work and at the end of the day.
